  • No, you don’t need a completed draft to work with me. I offer outline reviews for individuals who have yet to start their novels and book coaching for individuals who are in the midst of drafting or revising.

  • I use no generative AI in my editorial process, and I never upload my clients’ work to LLMs.

  • I primarily edit fantasy, romance, young adult, and upper middle grade novels. I will occasionally take on projects outside of these categories, but only if I feel I know a genre well enough. If you’re curious about whether or not I take on your genre, feel free to send me a note. If I don’t work on the category, I might be able to refer you to another editor who does work in the category.

  • No, I don’t offer copyediting or proofreading services. Yet, I know many wonderful copy editors and proofreaders and frequently refer clients to them.
